1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Golf Money List ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.
• You are responsible for ensuring that wagering activities you track comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your golf scores and handicap index.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these terms and applicable law.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• Not use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling or activities prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Not create accounts for others without their consent.

5. Account Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings. Deletion permanently removes your profile, scores, and group data. This action cannot be undone.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Golf Money List application, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Golf Money List and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the data you enter (your scores, your name, your records).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Payout calculations will be free from errors.
• Data will never be lost or corrupted.

You are responsible for verifying payout calculations before settling with other players. Always confirm settlement amounts independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golf Money List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, financial losses arising from reliance on payout calculations, or disputes between players over settlement amounts. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf Money List and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or any financial disputes between you and other players.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
